Sen. Colburn receives certificate from MML

ANNAPOLIS — The Maryland Municipal League presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Sen. Richard F. Colburn, R-Mid-Shore.

The certificate provides public recognition and formal acknowledgement of exceptional efforts on behalf of municipal government in Maryland.

As a member of the Education, Health and Environmental Affairs Committee, Colburn sponsored an amendment in committee to address municipal concerns related to Senat Bill 320 — Water Pollution - State Waters - The Bay Restoration Fund Act.

Colburn also actively supported MML’s position on several bills with municipal impact before the Senate.

“I am happy to serve my constituents and honored to receive this certificate,” said Colburn.
